Offices with shop. Mid C19. Rendered, low-pitched double slate
roofs. A lofty 4-storey front in 3+3 windows, all sashes in
plain reveals. At third floor are 9-pane to stone sills, with
12-pane to continuous sill band below. The first floor are all
plain sash with cornices on brackets, the centre one in each
case being bolder. Ground floor has a full-width C20 shop
front with deep fascia to the first-floor sill level. A frieze
and moulded cornice below the blocking course which has a
slightly raised pediment to the centre of each property, with
drops to each side, above the window heads.
