House in row, with shop. Early C19. Painted brickwork, slate
roof. 3 storeys, 2 windows, all glazing-bar sashes; at first
and second floors a 12-pane and a tripartite 4:20:4-pane, in
plain reveals with flush stone lintels and on stone sills.
Ground floor has a full-width late C20 shop front. Plain
gabled eaves roof with stack to the right. The broad
tripartite sashes are of unusual configuration.
INTERIOR not inspected.
The property is flanked and enclosed by later buildings, and
represents an earlier phase of the street development in a
style consistent with the earlier C19 properties in St Mary
Street.
