House in row, with shop. Early C19. Rendered, slate mansard
roof. 3 storeys and attic; a 6-pane sash above two 9-pane
sashes in reveals and to stone sills at second floor. At first
floor is a blind opening and an 8:12:8-pane bowed oriel, and a
late C20 shop front. A deep first-floor sill band, moulded
cornice, blocking-course and coped parapet, with deep stack to
the right. This was built as one of a pair with No.30 (not
included), which has been more modified than this one.
