Detached cottage. Late C18 or early C19. Rubble, thatch roof.
An isolated cottage, approached across fields, and adjoining
the River Wey, approx 125m NE of The Meadows (not included). 2
storeys, 2 windows, all blocked; at first floor a wide and a
square opening, and ground floor a square opening and blocked
doorway, with remnants of a former porch. Stacks to each
gable. Attached left is a single-storey outbuilding in rubble
with corrugated asbestos roof; this was formerly of 2-storey
height. The rear wall also has all openings blocked; 2 windows
at each level, set towards the right.
INTERIOR: former list refers to boxed ceiling beams within.
