House at end of short row, with commercial premises. Early C19. Rendered, asbestos-cement. Three storeys and basement, two windows; small flat-roofed four-pane sash dormers above canted oriels with 8:16:8-pane sashes, in two floors to the left, and one to the right. At ground floor a C20 door and casement, and to the right a large, intrusive two-storey glazed display frontage. Gable stacks, plain gabled returns with small attic light to right. The back has a door at the second-floor level to a bridge across to the higher ground.

INTERIOR not inspected.

Part of a short row, continuing Trinity Road to the west of the church, somewhat isolated as the result of demolition clearance in the 1960s.
