House in row, with shop. Early to mid C19. Rendered, slate
roof. A narrow mansard-roofed street front, with deep gabled
rear wing; the site is slightly wedge-shaped, at the bend
towards Trinity Road. 2 storeys and attic, 1 window; a 3-light
raking dormer above canted sash oriel over a 3-pane C19 shop
front with original part-glazed door under a painted-over
transom light to the left, and to the right a 6-panel door
under plain fanlight in a simplified Doric doorcase, on one
stone step. INTERIOR not inspected.
