C19 later villas. 2 storeys. 3 windows each, No 11 with recessed 1 window entrance
bay. Hipped slated roofs with bracketed eaves. Grit stone ashlar with rusticated
quoins. Recessed sash windows; ground floor with splayed bay windows. No 11
wooden entrance portico; No 13 doorway flanked by pilasters carrying entablature
with fanlight and panelled door. Both villas with elaborate cast iron verandahs
along frontage with glazed roofs. Included for verandahs.

Nos 11, 13A and 13B form a group.
