Row of four cottages. C18. Coursed rubble-stone walls. Continuous roof
of thatch with gable ends. Brick stacks on left hand gable, and further 3 brick
stacks on ridgeat party walls. 1½ storeys. 9 windows, in total, irregular
fenstration. Appletree, 2-light wood casements with glazing-bars. Old Chapel:
iron casements, leaded. Large C20 ground floor window. Hill View: 2-light
C20 wood casements with glazing-bars. Thatch End: iron casements and lead
lights. Front doors: each cottage has a plank door with strap hinges, C20.
