Early-mid C19. Short 4 storey and basement terrace. Channelled stucco ground
floor, upper part brick with bracketed stucco cornice below 3rd floor. Cornice,
blocking course and slate roof. 8 bays. Glazing bar sash windows with stucco
architraves, 5 on 1st floor have bracketed cornices. 2 storey outer angular
stucco bays with pilastered corners, dentil cornice and corner wreaths. Originally
4 doors, one now converted to window (No 170). Doors have rectangular fanlights
(Nos 168 and 174 linked ovals, To 168 retaining lantern). Area railings and
dividing walls with one gate pier to street.
