Former barn, stable and shelter shed, Mid C19; shelter shed dated 1846. Flemish bond red brick; old plain tile roof. Three-bay barn has central double plank doors flanked by diamond ventilators, three to left and five to right. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Similar ventilators in gable end(s). Single-storey range extending from right adjoins Manor Farmhouse (q.v). Stable at right-angles to rear left in similar materials adjoins four-bay shelter shed with hipped roof at right end. This complete example of a mid C19 barn and associated buildings occupies a prominent position adjoining Manor Farmhouse (q.v) which was refronted in similar materials in the early C19. Included for group value.
