House. Late C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Brick front, gable walls rubble,
plain tile, brick stacks in rear roof slope. Symmetrical front. 2 storeys,
central pedimented gable for lunette lighting attics; dentilled brick cornice,
flush stone band repaired in cement; 3 C19 casement windows under C20 heads
of vertically set bricks, central entrance with door of 6 panels, top two
glazed, rest fielded, under flat canopy supported on scrolled brakcets.
Areas of C20 brick repairs above most windows. Interior: corner fireplaces
(one blocked) in front rooms; right hand room has chamfered and stopped beam;
plain winder staircase; timber-frame of rear wall masked by later extension.
