Farmhouse. Dated 1758 with C20 alterations and C17 origins. Slobbered rubble,
stone dressings, stone slate roof. Rear to street. Garden front: 2 storey, double
fronted. Central entrance has plain surround, C20 door. Datestone above inscribed:

(Procter). Two 3-light recessed flat faced mullioned windows per storey. Left-
hand gable and right of centre ridge stack. Eaves modillions. Rear: 2 ground
floor double chamfered ovolo mullioned windows of 5 and 4 lights. Central mid C18
staircase window of 2-lights with recessed flat faced mullion and transom. Upper
floor left-hand heightened 3-light double chamfered mullioned window and right-hand
C20 window. C20 casements.
