House. C16 with later reworkings. Close-studded timber framing with colour washed brick and plaster infill. Clay tile roofs. Long rectangular two-storeyed block, first floor jettied. C19 single-storeyed addition to centre of front, of colour washed brick with hipped tile roof. Slightly lower two-storeyed addition to right hand gable end, with lighter timber framing. Ground floor has two, three-light casement windows to main block, and canted bay and casement to C19 block. First floor has four, three-light casement windows. All windows retain leaded lights. Part-glazed door to left hand under sloping roofed open porch. Plank door to right hand surmounted by rectangular fanlight. External brick stack to left hand gable end. Two red brick ridge stacks, one substantial.
