Small house. Circa late C18 or early C19. Painted rubble walls, steep corrugated
iron roof (formerly thatched) with tall rubble stacks over the gable ends. Cast-iron
ogee-section gutters.
Plan: Original house is a 2-room plan with probably a lobby entrance and stair
between the rooms. Later C19 lean-tos at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window east front with central doorway. C20
door. C20 2-pane casements to ground floor window openings, older, possibly C19 4-
pane casements above.
Interior not inspected.
