Cottage with house and barn/byre range adjoining north end at right-angles.
Probably late C18; later additions and alterations. House and cottage pebble-
dashed rubble; barn/byre range coursed rubble with quoins. Graduated slate
roofs with stone ridges; corbie-steps to west end of barn/byre range. T-shaped
plan; 2 storeys. Cottage symmetrical, 3 bays: Central panelled door with sash
to either side on each floor. Farmhouse 2 bays: Panelled door with sash to
right on each floor. Stone surrounds to all openings. Stone mid and end
chimneys. Barn/byre range (north elevation) 4 bays: Wagon door to right with
2 byre doors and small windows to left; loft door above and between byre doors.
All doors plank. Single-storey byre range adjoining west end at right-angles
not included.
