Incorporating former No. 125. House. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone
with brick dressings; Welsh slate roof with brick chimney. 2 storeys, 3
bays. Central flushed door and sashes with glazing bars have flat brick
arches. Ridge chimney. Roof hipped at left return to south side of Gilesgate.
