Pair of semi-detached cottages. Mid/late C19. English garden wall bond
with plain tile roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: two mirror image
cottages the left hand one having a door to left of centre with a
shallow pointed arched head. To left of this is a 2-light casement
window and to the first floor above a 3-light casement window. To the
right of this is a projecting gabled bay with 3-light casement windows
to the ground and first floors and a timber-framed gable above.
Central ridge stack common to both houses. All the windows have
decorative glazing bars forming a honeycomb pattern of hexagons. A
typical pair of Peckforton estate cottages.
