House. Circa early C19, remodelled in late C20. Painted and rendered stone rubble
with asbestos slate roof with gable ends. Gabled dormers on front harbour side
elevation. Chimney stack on left-hand gable end has cloam oven projection. Plan
altered with entrance in higher gable end. Single depth 2-room plan. Built into
side of hill with single storey elevation to rear.
2 storeys to harbour front elevation. Ground floor with two C20 2-light casements
with glazing bars in single opening. First floor with two C20 casement windows in
C20 gabled dormers. Entrance in left-hand gable end which is single storey as ground
rises to rear. Openings altered on rear.
Included for group value as the front elevation is an integral part of the south side
of the harbour.
