Terraced house. Circa early C19. Rendered stone rubble with slate roof with gable
ends with roof continuing to slope down in form of catslide on Talland Hill
elevation. Rendered chimney stack on higher gable end. 2-room double depth plan
with entrance hall to left side containing stairs at the rear. Built into side of
hill with 3-storey elevation overlooking the harbour and 2-storey elevation on
Talland Hill. Harbour elevation, regular 2-window front. Ground floor with panelled
door on left and C19 4-pane sash to right. First floor with small C19 rectangular
window with margin glazing bars and C19 canted bay window to right with sashes and
hipped slate roof. Second floor with two C19 12-pane sashes in segmental arched
openings.
Talland Hill elevation with ground sloping steeply to right. Blocked door on right-
hand side and 2-light casement on first floor.
