Terraced cottage. Circa late C18. Rendered and painted stone rubble with slate roof
with gable ends. Rendered brick chimney stack on left-hand gable end. 1-room plan
cottage in terrace, with entrance to right. Built into side of hill on solid rock
with 3-storey asymmetrical 2-window front overlooking the harbour. C19 fenestration.
Ground floor with 6-pane sash with brick segmental arch. Stone rubble porch with
slate lean-to roof to right. C20 door. Above 6-pane sash with brick segmental arch
and rectangular C20 window to right. Second floor with 6-pane sash above those on
ground and first floor.
Most unaltered house in terrace of 4.
Interior not inspected.
