Earlier-mid C19. 2 storeys. 3 windows, double fronted with side
passage at west end. Tiled roof with eaves carried by paired narrow
brackets. Gauged segmental brick arches to recessed sash windows
with original glazing bars and bracketted sills. Square-headed
recessed doorway with bracketted stone cornice, patterned fanlight
and panelled door. Included for group value.
