L-shaped building of C18 origin. Main elevation is of two storeys and attics. Rubble with a modern tile roof. Three windows, flat arches, C19 wood mullions of six and four lights. On the ground floor, two three-light bays and a six panel door. Right hand extension of one storey, painted rubble. Stone slate roof. Two windows segmental arches, double hung sashes, no glazing bars. Rear extension in rubble, stone slate roof. One storey and attics. One flat topped C19 dormer.

The Cock Inn and No 1282A form a group.
