Farmhouse, dated 1750 on lintel of door, extended to right, now house.
Original part of thin sandstone rubble with quoins, stone slate roof with
brick chimney at left gable (embraced by higher barn), another in front of
ridge at junction with extension; extension of sandstone blocks, with slate
roof. Double-depth 2+1 bays. Two storeys; at junction of 1st and 2nd bays a
doorway with massive chamfered jambs and lintel, the lintel inscribed K ,

a square metal sundial above; thin hoodmould stepped over door carries on over
4-light mullion window to left and square 6-pane sash to right; 1st floor has
mullion windows of 4 lights to left and 3 lights to right, all windows
recessed. Third bay has plain doorway with canopy, a 3-light window at 1st
floor. (Later barn continued to left is not included in the item).
