House, dated 1795 above door. Watershot coursed sandstone rubble (now cream colour painted), stone slate roof now with chimney only at left gable, stone gutter brackets. Single-depth 2-bay plan. Two storeys, almost symmetrical, with plain doorway in centre (blocked doorway to right of this), 2 stepped multiple-light windows on each floor: 5 lights to left, 3 lights to right. In centre of 1st floor is square datestone with incised shouldered panel and lettering W P S 1795. Left return wall has one small vertical rectangular window on each floor. Rear: blind-back.
