House. Datestone on frontage marking a rebuilding:- H. C. 1898, site earlier. Coursed rubble, slate roof with wide eaves, day ridge tiles, gabled ends, large end brick stacks.

Plan : fish cellar on the ground floor, two rooms on each floor above.

Exterior: three storeys, almost symmetrical three-window front, predo;ninantly two-light casements, to the second floor with square-paned leaded lights, openings to first floor with cambered heads and brick voussoirs to right a two-light with square paned headed lights, transomlight, to left a pair of half-glazed French windows, centre with a half-glazed door. First floor balcony with fretwork balustrade supported on four posts; three casements on ground floor of similar pattern.

Interior: fish cellar altered to a kitchen. First floor with C18 chimneypiece and door. Attic floor C18 with bead-moulded beams and joists, and two-panelled door.
