Mid C19 estate cottage. One and a half storeys. Symmetrical facade. Yellow brick;
plain tile roof with square central ridge stack. Decorated barge boards and finials
to end gables and facade gables of 2 casement windows. Two, 3-light casement windows
with glazing bars at ground floor. Rusticated brick quoins. Side entrance with plank
door and plain rectangular fanlight. Included for its position on the green.
