C18, C19. Symmetrical front (east) of 3 storeys, 3 windows, with later addition to the
south of 2 storeys, 2 upper windows. Hipped tile roof. Red brick walling in Flemish
bond, stone coping to parapet, moulded cornice, quoins and cills; rubbed flat arches,
first-floor band, high plinth and lower cement plinth. Sashes in reveals, top windows
being casements. Late C19 brick porch with parapet, cornice, pilasters, and wide
doorway with side panels, below a fanlight, windows at sides. The north elevation has a
chimney stack and a projecting part of 2 storeys, 2 windows. Further west is a large
attached late C19 block of contrasting Gothic style.
