Mid C19. Three estate cottages, designed as a large single unit in a 'Tudor' style.
Two storeys. The symmetrical front (south-east) has a recessed centre with a window on
each side of a slightly-projecting centre (with gabled top and ground-floor porch); on
each side is a wing of one window with a gable. Tile roof, with decorative scalloped
bargeboards; 2 rectangular stacks surmounted by coupled diagonal flues. Red brick
walling in Flemish bond with blue headers, red Dutch flat arches, the gables being
filled with red herringbone brickwork. Casements. Gabled porch to centre and north
end, with rusticated edges to recessed cheek panels, boarded doors. The south end has a
part tile roof with a brick wall below the eaves, forming a passageway containing the
entrance. Modern extensions at the rear.
