Late C14, alteredC18, east side re-fronted by G S Repton 1852-5 in coursed
knapped flint. Two storeys, stone below, brick above, some windows of
1730. Part remodelled also in 1692. Chimney piece dated 1615, also late
C17 staircase and chimneypiece.

All the listed buildings in College Street form a group.
