2/100 Lawrence's Farmhouse

GV II

House. C16 or earlier with later alterations and additions. Timber framed
and plastered. Red plain tiled roof. 3 gabled dormers with C19 casements.
Large red brick chimney stack. L-plan. 1 storey and attics. 3 window range
of small paned casements. Off centre 4 panelled door with 2 lights. Flat
canopy with brackets. Internal features include stop chamfered bridging and
ceiling joists. Restored back to back inglenook fireplace with straight mantel
beam over. RCHM 42.
