A C17 timber-framed and plastered cottage renovated and altered in the C20. Two storeys and attics. Two window range, C20 casements. The ground storey has a C20 segmental bay with glazing bars. A small C20 porch projects on the south end. Roof tiled. The interior has exposed beams. Included for group value. RCHM (38).

Nos 3 to 13 (odd) form a group with Little Bradfords and barn to the south east of Little Bradfords on the east side.
