Glebe Cottage

Cottage. C17 origin. Brick walls, thatched roof, brick stacks. Three-room lobby
entrance plan. Two storeys. Front wall buttressed. Ledged door with glass panel.
Additional door at west end, probably replacing former pantry window. Ground floor
has two double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars. First floor has three
casement windows with glazing bars. Internally, centre ground floor room has large
open fireplace with timber lintel, and one chamfered ceiling beam. Single-storey
lean-to at rear with modern tiled roof.
Cob boundary wall with tiled capping.
