House. c.1840. Stuccoed brick, slate roof. 2 storey 2 bay villa.
Entrance in extra bay set back to right. Moulded round entrance arch
with recess to door. Ground floor French windows with verandah. First
floor cross windows with glazing bars. Moulded architraves. Moulded
cornice to balustraded parapet. Pilaster strips at angles. Gable end
parapets. Central ridge stack. Interior not inspected.
