Public House. Late C17 with C19 additions and alterations. Part timber
frame. Whitewashed English bond brick. Tiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows.
Ground floor: central projecting C19 glazed porch with side entrance.
Flanking 3-light timber glazing bar casements. First floor: 2 light
casements. Plinth, plat band, boxed eaves. Right end: C19 external stack
with offsets. Left end: lean-to extends forward to 1 storey timber
framed outbuilding, gable to front with exposed framing and brick
nogging to left. Further extended forward in brick, weatherboarded,
slate roof. Lean-to addition to rear.
