1911 by H Clapham Lander. Unusual design in Bavarian style. Two storeysand
attics. Irregular gabled facade. Tiled roof with projecting gables and eaves
carried on bracketted sprockets. Tall, gabled roughcast chimney stacks. Roughcast
walls. Weather-boarded gables at north and south ends. First floor balconies
with slatted balustrades. Mainly 2 light casement windows with glazing bars
and shutters. Recessed arched entrance.
