Circa 1720, remodelled circa 1800. Rendered rubble, end quoins to right. Slate
roof. Pair of polygonal stacks with moulded capping to centre of ridge. 2 storeys.
4 pairs of sash windows with glazing bars, stone dressings and centre mullions.
Door under transom light, stone doorcase with incised pilasters, architrave and hood
missing. Half-glazed double doors with Greek-key pattern centre rail and wooden
studs. Return to south: bargeboarded gable end with 2-light mullion window and
weathered string over ground and 2st floors. 2 storey extension with variety of
windows one a blocked cross-mullion.type and one a 2-light mullion type.
Interior: north-west room on ground floor has carved marble chimney-piece with herm
caryatids. Wide hall with top-lit stairs at back, squared balusters with wreathed and
braced cast-iron fillers at intervals. 2 hall doors have Greek-key pattern on middle
rails. Rubble wall to street with moulded gatepier.
