Cowhouse and barn approximately 30 yards north of Abcott House

Cowhouse and barn. Early C18. Weatherboarded timber framing with some brick repairs; corrugated iron roof. L-shaped plan.

Lofted cowhouse aligned east-west with attached three-bay barn to the south-west aligned north-south. North front. Two boarded doors, and a small left hand window to the ground floor. Four loft openings.

Interior. Roof trusses have raking struts extending from tie beam to principals. Two tiers of wall panels, the lower tall and rectangular, the upper square; long straight tension braces. Included for group value.

Abcott House is not included in this list.
