Pair of houses. Mid c19. Stucco with moulded eaves cornice. 31 is amply
proportioned facade of 2 storeys and 3 bays. Central doorway with projecting
stuccoed doorcase; a round arched head with keystone and pediment, and
pilasters. 6-panel door with traceried fanlight. 4-light sash windows with
stone heads with rusticated keystones. 29 is a 2 bay extension to the left
with flat window heads and a plain eaves cornice.
