Cottage. C18 with late C19 additions. Timber-frame with brick infill on
brick plinth, partially rendered, plain tile roof, central brick stack.
2 rooms, baffle entry, with brick lean-to on front. 2 storeys on cellar,
2 framed bays with irregular fenestration; 3 C19 casements to ground floor,
one to right of door in brick lean-to with full gabled dormer above; 2
panelled late C19 door. Framing: tall narrow segmental panels 2 high to
wall-plate with straight tension braces; left gable truss: 3 queen struts
to collar with V-struts in apex.
