Cottage. C18 with late C19 additions. Timber-frame with brick infill on brick plinth, partially rendered, plain tile roof, central brick stack. Two rooms, baffle entry, with brick lean-to on front. Two storeys on cellar, two framed bays with irregular fenestration; three C19 casements to ground floor, one to right of door in brick lean-to with full gabled dormer above; two panelled late C19 door.

Framing: tall narrow segmental panels two high to wall-plate with straight tension braces; left gable truss: three queen struts to collar with V-struts in apex.
