Converted stable block c1800 red brick with stone dressings and slate roofs. A tall centre with hipped roof carrying wooden clock turret with cupola. Stone eaves cornice, arched central opening now glazed with stone impost band. The outer angles are treated as recessed columns, originally stuccoed with bases and caps, now largely exposed red brick. To each side a four bay wing with roofs hipped at ends and moulded stone eaves cornice. Gauged brick arches with stone impost band. On left side the arches have glazed tympana and the stone bands are carried across. Three three-light windows and a door below. The arches on the right side now modern windows with locked heads. To each side is a lower one window range with stone cornice and imposts and a broad cambered arch of crude brickwork, either rebuilt or intended to be stuccoed. Further additions beyond are not of interest.
