House. C17, altered mid- to late C20. Timber-framed with rendered infill on rubble base and corrugated iron roof. Two framed bays aligned north-east/south-west; external rubble chimney with offsets and detached brick stack situated at north-east end. Single storey and attic.

Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, collar and tie-beam trusses with struts and V-struts above collar.

South-east front elevation: there are three ground floor multi-paned C20 windows, and a ledged and battened door. Lean-to outshut at south-west end with a two-light casement and a ledged and battened door in its south front elevation.
