Pair of cottages, formerly a farmhouse, c1730. Timber framed, plastered,
pantile roof. No 323, lobby entrance plan, No.325 converted from possibly a
former dairy. 2 storeys, 4 windows. No.323 has original metal casements,
door of 6 panels in moulded doorcase beneath shallow canopy. No.325: replaced
casements and door. Moulded timber band at 1st floor level. Wood modillion
eaves cornice. Brick ridge stacks.
