Late C18. Stucco front with first and second floor cill bands.
Hipped Cotswold stone roof. Three storeys, 5 windows, glazing bar sashes.
Porch with detached columns and pediment. Modern panelled doors. Crowning
stone modillion cornice and blocking course. Glendale forms a long 2
storey extension to rear with Cotswold stone roof. Interior: ground floor
front rooms have small marble fireplaces (the one to north-west room has
clustered colonnettes and Prince of Wales Feathers' caps, the one to south-west
is probably a replica).
Hall has segmental barrel vault with plaster decoration, the ante-hall
has a higher moulded ceiling. The stairs are about 1780 with patterned
cast iron honeysuckle and harp decoration to balusters.
