Circa 1830. 2 storeys stuccoed. Consists of a centre portion and 2 wings. The
centre contains 3 windows and projects forward slightly. Over it is a cornice
and parapet consisting alternately of solid panels and open balustrading. On the
1st floor is an iron balcony of heart and honeysuckle motif, freely interpreted.
Windows in moulded architrave surrounds. Sash windows on the ground floor with
glazing bars intact. French windows on the 1st floor. The wings are surmounted
by a cornice and blocking course only. On the ground floor each has a blocked
window space and on the 1st floor a panel imitating a Venetian shutter. Doric
porch of solid type in the centre of the facade with pilasters flanking it.
