House, now offices. C16, restored and extended in C20. Timber framed, clad in
whitewashed roughcast with plain tiled roof, gable end on to street. Two storeys
with attics in gable end, C19 stacks to right under terracotta pots. Moulded
eaves cornice on left hand return front. Gable end elevation:- Casement window
in attic storey, large C19 sash window to first floor. Banded and strapwork
decorated posts on ground floor shop front and plate glass window. Glazed door to
left flanked by scrolled and carved dragon post supporting jetty on first floor.
Left hand return front:- (facing Mill Lane). Four bays with jettied first floor.
Cellar to left where ground drops away. Two 16-pane glazing-bar sash windows to
first floor left, casement window to centre. One 16-pane and one 12-pane sash
window to ground floor left. Door to cellar to left.
