House, now offices. Datestone 1838. Brick facade with ironstone and limestone
rear and slate roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Central
double 6-panelled door with panelled reveals and moulded wood bracketed hood.
Flanking bow windows with 3 sashes and glazing bars. First and second floor sash
windows, reducing in height at second floor, have glazing bars and rusticated
stone lintels and keyblocks. Moulded stone cornice and brick stacks at ends.
Rear has late C19 additions with datestone below eaves of main house. Interior:
ground floor rooms have some panel decoration and moulded wood doorcases. Ground
floor probably remodelled early C20.
