House. Early-mid C18, plastered to east in early C19. Cobblestone with red brick
dressings, plastered to east (main front). Steep slate roof with 2 flat-headed
dormers. Two storeys and attic; regular 3 window front, glazing bar sashes. Arched
central entrance with fanlight. Cast-iron ground-floor verandah with anthemion
decoration and tented roof. Cobbled wall, 12 to 15 feet high and approximately 30 yards long, to south west, probably C19
