Terraced houses. 1851-52. Developed by Edward Rowland and Thomas Evans. Yellow and brown brick set in Flemish bond, stucco, roof generally obscured by parapet. Two storeys over basement, two windows each. Basement stuccoed with moulded storey band. Steps up to flat-arched entrance with pilasters, pediment on consoles and overlight. All windows segmental-arched with moulded stucco architraves; Nos 30-32 have dropped sills; sill band to Nos 33-39. Cornice and blocking course, but cornice simplified on Nos 30-32 and missing on Nos 35 and 39. Late C20 mansard with dormers to No 30. Stacks to party walls. Cast-iron railings to area.
