Part of bank premises (probably originally the manager's
house); now solicitor's offices. Probably 1899. Red brick in
Flemish bond, with red sandstone dressings, slate roof.
Double-depth double-fronted plan with back extension. Tudor
style. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical. The ground floor
has a central doorway with moulded Tudor-arched surround,
brattished cornice and 3-light overlight, and a cornice run
out to the right over a shallow rectangular mullioned and
transomed 8-light bay window; and a similar but deeper bay
window to the left with a similar cornice. The 1st floor has a
2-light window in the centre under a shaped gable, flanked by
3-light half-dormers with hipped roofs and apex finials.
Adjoins No.2 (Lytham Heritage Centre, q.v.) to the right, being
of the same build.
